LKG stands for lower kindergarten. Rising star doesn't run this class but they have them at the colonies. We were able to go visit a class of these toddlers and have a little dance party with them. They were so cute!!!!!

Colony
We got to go to a very small colony today! It has a grand total of two patients! It was out in the middle of no where but it sure was beautiful!

| One of Rising Star's main purposes is to help those who have been affected by leprosy to become self sufficient. The man from this colony is a tailor! He had his own little office and a house behind it for him and his wife. I was so happy to see all that he is able to do! |

| This is really first worldy of me but I love seeing wells! It's so cool! I always want to sing the "I'm wishing" song from Snow white whenever I see one! |

Vandelour
Last week all the kids went home for their vacation. We don't have education or playtime since they're all gone but we do still go on our regular colony trips. Since the children come from the colonies we get to see them when we go. Yesterday we went to a colony called Vandelour. There were tons of girls from Rising Star (the school I'm volunteering at)! It was a fun and colorful colony with lots of kids and we even got to see the ice cream man!
